Due to the nature of food products and food safety, our cotton candy is not refundable. If your packaging or order came in damaged or you otherwise have concerns, please contact us here.

  • We don't keep pre-made cotton candy sitting on a shelf! We spin your order by hand right after you place it, so your cotton candy is as fresh and fluffy as possible when it arrives.

  • Cotton candy is sweet and simple! We use high-quality cotton candy sugar and flavor oils to delight your taste buds. Some of our products are tinted with FDA-approved food dyes, and we also offer dye-free and organic options. Full ingredient information is available on each product page!

  • Yes! Cotton candy is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan—it's essentially spun sugar and air with a bit of flavoring. This makes it one of the most allergy- and dietary restriction-friendly treats out there, which is one reason why we love it so much. Everyone gets to enjoy the same beautiful, special treat without anyone feeling left out!

  • Cotton candy is one of the safest treats for common food allergies! Our cotton candy is free from The Big 9 allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, soy, and sesame). 

  • Yes! We offer both dye-free options (made with no added coloring) and organic options (organic cane sugar with all-natural dyes). These are perfect for anyone who wants to keep things as natural as possible while still enjoying something sweet and special.   • Generally, yes! Because our products are allergy-friendly and individually wrapped, they are typically considered school-safe. (Convenient, inclusive, and super special? That’s a win!)

Ordering & Shipping

  • Absolutely! We can happily customize the sticker on the internal packaging so that it’s perfectly personalized for your event or guest of honor. Look for the customization options on each product page!

  • Because we spin all of our products fresh to order, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that we’ll have availability! If you have a closer deadline, though, please send us a message and we’ll do our very best to accommodate. 

  • To ensure freshness, our shipping window is typically 2-5 days prior to your event/the date needed. We spin your cotton candy fresh to order and then get it on its way to you shortly after!

    Because cotton candy is light but sensitive to heat and moisture, please choose the shipping method that best fits your timeline and budget at checkout.

    We strongly recommend Express 2 day shipping during the summer months or if you live in high-heat state.
